柔性套齒聯軸器在裝配前先把零部件清洗干凈,清洗后的零部件,在運行時發生劇烈振動要注意溫升,橡膠彈性元件承受變載荷時宜預緊,避免反向應力。潤滑油由噴嘴射入,經齒輪側面間隙流過,從套筒小孔中流出,這樣主要起冷卻作用,較難形成油膜,齒面磨損比強力潤滑要快,將潤滑脂注入內部后密封, 定期清洗更換,實際上也屬于這種方式。由于彈性元件用材不同,設置方法多種多樣。
